Car-service pickup differs by terminal: A across the street, B parking garage level 2, and C arrivals inner lane. Follow current signs and your meeting instructions.

Use your flight and terminal details, then follow the ground-transportation signs and the confirmed meeting arrangement. Include your full New York or New Jersey destination.

Use the airport’s current instructions and your confirmed reservation. Keep the booking contact informed if a flight, terminal or passenger’s readiness changes.
Send the flight details
Include the flight number, travel date, airport and terminal when known. For different arrivals in one group, list each flight and who is traveling on it.
Choose the vehicle
Count people, checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and equipment. Ask about child seats or accessibility needs before selecting a sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter.
Plan the onward journey
A direct home or hotel drop suits a transfer. If you need the car for meetings or several stops after arrival, compare an hourly itinerary and include the waiting.

One itinerary, all the details.
Send the pickup, final address and any stops. Ask for the complete trip price, including how tolls, parking and waiting are treated. A vehicle’s hourly starting rate is different from an airport transfer quote.
