We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for standard bookings. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the quoted fare. For hourly bookings of 4+ hours, we require 48 hours notice for free cancellation. Special event bookings (weddings, galas, Fashion Week) have specific cancellation terms discussed at booking.

For domestic flights, we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled landing time. For international flights, we include 90 minutes to account for customs and immigration. We track your flight in real-time, so if your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.

We also serve Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, Long Island (including the Hamptons), Westchester County, Northern New Jersey, and Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford). Yes, all tolls are included in our quoted prices for airport transfers and point-to-point trips. For hourly bookings, tolls and parking are also included. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay (gratuity is at your discretion).

For events and group moves, we scope vehicle count, staging location, and hold time with the organizer before the day of the event. Multiple Sprinters or SUVs are dispatched with a single coordinator so guests arrive in planned waves instead of independently, and vehicles can hold near the venue for a coordinated departure.

Yes. Share the venue’s loading-dock or curb access window and we’ll plan pickup and staging times around it. This matters most for productions and installations where a vehicle arriving even a few minutes outside the access window can hold up the rest of the schedule.
