| Venue | Pickup/drop-off | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Barclays Center | Atlantic Avenue outside VIP and Atlantic entrances; Flatbush Avenue outside Main Entrance | Use the designated curbside zones and follow current event instructions. Arrange luggage storage beforehand; the venue has no bag check. |
| MSG, Broadway, Lincoln Center | Confirm approved entrance and pickup point with organizer or venue | No single curb location is guaranteed. |
Timed Arrival and Crowd Exit
Work backward from the organizer’s arrival time, allowing for the walk from the permitted drop-off point and any ticket or security checks. A show’s start time is not the time to reach the curb. Share the entrance named on your ticket or invitation, especially at large venues with several doors.
Arrange the return meeting point before entering. After the event, assemble your group and contact the chauffeur using the agreed instructions. Road closures and crowds may require a different pickup point from the arrival door. Hourly service keeps the vehicle available for the reserved period; it does not reserve curb space.
Luggage, Airport Arrivals, and Event Hotels
For an airport-to-event journey, include flight details, all bags, and the event arrival deadline. Decide whether a hotel stop is needed before choosing a direct transfer. Barclays Center does not offer bag-check service, so arrange luggage storage before going to the venue.
Choose a vehicle around the full passenger and luggage load. Garment bags, display materials, strollers, and mobility equipment can change the vehicle choice. Describe those items when booking and confirm the assigned configuration. If belongings will remain in a vehicle during the event, agree on that arrangement in advance.
Separate Guest Groups
Group passengers by pickup address and ready time. Guests leaving one hotel together can share a vehicle; simultaneous pickups from different hotels require separate cars. For a staggered collection, include every address and allow time between stops before confirming a shared route.
Plan the return independently. Some guests may leave early, continue to another venue, or need a different hotel. For example, a group arriving together for a gala could need one return to Midtown and another to Brooklyn. List those destinations in the request instead of assuming the outbound arrangement covers both.
Quote and Confirmation Information
Send the date, pickup addresses, passenger and bag counts, venue entrance, target arrival time, and return plan. Identify one reachable passenger for each vehicle and tell us who can approve a change to the itinerary.
Hourly starting rates are $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $175 for an S-Class, and $200 for a Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. Your quote sets the final total, additional charges, and any extra time. For separate transfers, request a quote for each leg. Review the reservation confirmation before the event; submitting a request alone does not confirm the car.
Questions before booking
Where does the driver pick up at Barclays Center?
Barclays Center lists zones on Atlantic Avenue outside the VIP and Atlantic entrances and on Flatbush Avenue outside the Main Entrance. Follow current event-day instructions for the permitted curbside location.
How do I handle pickup at MSG, Broadway, or Lincoln Center?
Confirm the approved entrance and pickup point with the organizer or venue. No single curb location is guaranteed, so use the instructions provided for your event.
Can I book a vehicle for the whole event?
Request hourly service for the period you need the vehicle, including any waiting between stops. The minimum is three hours. Confirm the reserved duration and how an overrun would be handled; an extension depends on the booking arrangement and availability.
What if my group arrives at different times?
Group the passengers by address and ready time. Simultaneous pickups require separate vehicles. A shared car can serve a staggered itinerary only when the travel time and passenger load fit the plan.
