Agreement to Terms

By booking a ride or using the services of BlackCarServiceNewYorkCity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Same-day reservations are subject to availability
Confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS

Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted fare.

Hourly Bookings (4+ hours): Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.

No-Shows: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the wait time window will result in a charge of the full quoted fare.

Wait Time

Airport Pickups: 60 minutes free wait time for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international flights from scheduled landing time.

All Other Pickups: 15 minutes free wait time from scheduled pickup time.

Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at $1 per minute.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate accounts, and cash. Gratuity is not included in quoted rates and is at the discretion of the passenger.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
Not smoke or vape in the vehicle
Not consume alcohol unless pre-approved
Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
Comply with all applicable laws

Liability

BlackCarServiceNewYorkCity.com maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we make every effort to return found items.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
