Each class has a three-hour minimum. The table shows the approved starting hourly rates and the corresponding minimum planning totals. A longer booking is calculated for the full duration. Ask for the final amount and inclusions for your itinerary before you reserve.

Point-to-point or hourly?
A direct ride from one address to another is usually suited to point-to-point pricing. Sedan and SUV point-to-point floors are $130 and $160. These are minimums, not a price for every route. Hourly service suits a day with several stops or time between meetings. Tell us when the vehicle first needs to be available and when your trip ends.
What to check in your quote
- The vehicle class and room for your passengers and luggage.
- What tolls, parking, taxes, gratuity and other charges are included.
- The waiting allowance and how extra time or stops are priced.
- The cancellation terms and arrangements for changes to the itinerary.
Groups and regional journeys
For several vehicles, send the passenger count for each pickup and the times the groups need to travel. A single larger vehicle may suit a group moving together; separate cars may make more sense when flight times or destinations differ. Trips to Westchester, Greenwich or the Hamptons should be quoted against the full addresses and return plan.
