What to include in a Maybach request
Name the model. “Maybach” alone covers more than one car.

A Maybach is a separate request
The Mercedes S-Class is a published class at $175 an hour with a three-hour minimum. A Mercedes-Maybach is requested on its own. A confirmation for an S-Class is not a Maybach.
If an S-Class is acceptable when a Maybach is not available for your date, say so in the same note.
Name the model and the job
Write the model, the date, the pickup entrance and the destination. For an arrival, add the airport, flight and whether bags are checked. For an evening, add the hour you need the car until. For a day of meetings, state the hours.
Published hourly rates, including the three-hour minimum, apply to sedan, SUV, S-Class and Sprinter. A Maybach quote states its own terms. Airport examples for JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro cover those four classes.
What the confirmation covers
The confirmation names the model, the price and the hours. Until that note exists, the trip is not booked. Passenger and luggage space are part of the same confirmation. The booking is with a chauffeur.
How to send the request
Use the contact form with the model, date, itinerary and whether an S-Class is an acceptable alternative. For an airport arrival, include the flight and terminal. The S-Class is the published sedan if you want a listed rate before you write.
Wait for the confirmation before you print the car on an invitation.
Questions before booking
Is a Maybach the same as the S-Class on the fleet page?
No. The fleet page prices a Mercedes S-Class. A Mercedes-Maybach is a separate request and is not confirmed by choosing the S-Class.
What is the Maybach hourly rate?
None is published. The $175 S-Class rate is for that class only.
Which Maybach model do I ask for?
The model you want. If you mean a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, write that. If you mean a different model, write that instead.
Can you guarantee one for my date?
No. The request is accepted only if the confirmation says so. Availability is not guaranteed.
Can I drive the Maybach myself?
No. A confirmed trip would be with a chauffeur. Self-drive is not offered.
