Airport returns after a NYC event are not just a final ride home. A guest may leave a gala for JFK, route from a suite to Newark, retrieve luggage from a Midtown hotel before LaGuardia, connect with a charter at Teterboro, or split from a group headed to an after-party. This checklist helps planners collect the details that dispatch needs before the room empties and the airport clock starts.

After speeches run long or weather changes the curb, airport decisions need to happen quickly. Who can approve a hotel stop? Who can release a vehicle without the host? Who handles a guest who changes from LGA to Newark? A written escalation path keeps dispatch from negotiating every decision while airport buffers disappear.

Set a no-contact rule before the event. The rule should say who is called, how long the chauffeur holds, whether the vehicle can release to protect other passengers, and who receives the missed-passenger escalation notice.
