Airport passengers need their own manifest
A general guest list is not enough for airport returns. A useful airport manifest includes flight timing, airport or FBO, passenger phone, luggage status, sharing preference, pickup point, and decision owner. This prevents one late guest or unclear bag location from delaying everyone else who has a hard departure window.
- Mark passengers going to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, HPN, heliports, hotels before airport, and private residences after airport drop-offs.
- Separate travelers with hard boarding times from guests who simply prefer leaving the event early.
- Include an assistant, planner, hotel, or sponsor contact for passengers who may not answer their phone during the event.
