Cullinan request versus a published SUV
The First Class SUV is a priced class you can reserve from the fleet page. The Cullinan is not that class.

Ask for the Cullinan by name
A Rolls-Royce request that names only the marque may be answered with a sedan. The Cullinan is the SUV. Say whether you want that model itself, or a taller cabin and more luggage. If the luggage is the real constraint, a published SUV may be the car that is available.
What the itinerary must say
Send the date, the start time, the pickup entrance and whether the car is released after one stop or held. An airport arrival needs the flight, terminal and a note about checked bags. An evening needs the last address and the time you expect to be done.
Published classes have a three-hour minimum at $120, $150, $175 and $200 an hour. Those rates are not a Cullinan price. A Cullinan quote states its own terms.
Passengers and bags
Tell us how many people ride and what luggage they have, including garment bags and anything that will not sit on a lap. The confirmation states whether that load is accepted.
If the group must move even when a Cullinan is not available, ask for a published SUV or Sprinter at the same time. That matters most for a fixed airport arrival.
Availability
Availability is confirmed per date, including weddings and UN week. The booking is with a chauffeur. Send the model, the date and the itinerary through the contact form, and wait for the confirmation before you promise the car.

Is a Cullinan available tonight?
Not by default. It is a request. You need a confirmation for your date before you treat the car as reserved.
What does a Cullinan cost?
No rate is published. The SUV, sedan, S-Class and Sprinter rates are for those classes only.
How many bags fit?
Describe your luggage in the request. The confirmation states the load that is accepted.
Is this different from other Rolls-Royce models?
Yes. The Cullinan is the SUV request. Name a sedan model on the Rolls-Royce chauffeur page if that is what you want.
Can I rent one without a driver?
No. A confirmed booking would include a chauffeur. There is no self-drive offer.
