What a monthly request has to contain
If a line is blank, the month cannot be priced. Do not send “as needed” in place of days and times.

| Item | What to write |
|---|---|
| Month | The calendar month, plus any weeks you are away. |
| Days | Which weekdays, not a standing assumption of Monday to Friday. |
| Trips | Morning only, evening only, or both, with clock times. |
| Addresses | Pickup entrance and destination entrance for each trip. |
| Vehicle | Sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter, based on who rides. |
| Changes | Who may cancel a day, and how early they will send the change. |
A month of trips, not a product on a shelf
Monthly car service is the trips you can describe across one calendar month. Daily car service is the same idea for a shorter pattern. There is no mileage bundle and no chauffeur waiting on standby.
A company that wants one bill for many different travelers should use corporate transportation. A month of one executive’s office runs can be quoted from the days on the schedule.
Price follows the trips you listed
Each listed ride is either a transfer or, if you keep the car, an hourly booking. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum. Starting hourly rates are $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $175 for an S-Class and $200 for a Sprinter. A morning transfer is not automatically three hours.
Do not expect a discounted “monthly rate” that is not in the confirmation. If a quote offers a figure for the month, it should show the trips it counts. Days you later cancel are not a credit unless the confirmation says how cancellations work.
People, cars and days off
Name the passenger. A monthly schedule for one person does not cover a colleague who occasionally wants the same car. A second rider on a regular basis may change the vehicle class. An occasional guest needs a separate request.
Mark holidays, travel weeks and work-from-home days before the month starts. The dispatcher cannot infer them. If the destination changes for a week because of a different office, send that week as its own schedule rather than hoping the original address is “close enough.”
What will not be promised
Confirmation covers the trips that were accepted. It covers the trips that were accepted: the vehicle class and the dates you listed. It does not reserve a named chauffeur, a car parked between rides, or days you left off the schedule.
If you need the car held through meetings on one of those days, book that date as retained hours and keep it separate from the commute. Send the month’s sheet through the contact form and wait for a written answer before you tell anyone the rides are set.
Questions before booking
Do you sell a monthly car subscription?
No. You can request a month of scheduled trips. There is no published membership, mileage bundle or prepaid plan.
Is the driver the same all month?
Not as a condition of the service. The confirmation is for the trips and the vehicle class. A particular chauffeur is not guaranteed.
Can the car stay with me between the morning and the evening?
Only if that day is booked as retained time. A morning transfer plus an evening transfer does not include the hours in between.
What if I only need three days a week?
List those days. A monthly request does not have to be Monday through Friday, and you should not pay a plan for days you did not ask to schedule.
How do I start?
Send the month, the days, both addresses, the clock times, the vehicle class and who may change a day. Nothing is reserved until you receive a confirmation.
